"PPPS visited Maddie 3 times whilst we were away, all the food was eaten and the house was as we left it - thank you so much - you have Maddie approval!!"

"I was looking for someone to look after my cats for a few days whilst away on business. Contacted Emily at PPPS who whilst being local, also impressed me with her friendly professional manner. Came back to find the mail was collected, the house tidy and more importantly my cats safe and sound. Highly recommended and would use again! "

" Having just rescued a beautiful border collie with a few issues (through no fault of her own) we wondered what we had let ourselves in for and were beginning to have doubts as to whether we had done the right thing - especially with a holiday pending. Our main concern has always been about doing the right thing by Misty and on our second walk out (and on many occasions since), as luck or fate would have it, we bumped into Emily and the rest of the PPPS family. Within a few minutes, we knew we would be able to go away knowing Misty and our cat Pip would be well cared for. Since meeting Emily, she has been supportive and encouraging with many helpful tips, going way beyond what you would expect from a pet sitter. She has helped with tips on training not only with information but with practical hands-on help. A leisurely visit by Emily to our home before we went away to run through our routine etc was very reassuring. We received a text every day reassuring us that everything was OK. Emily is very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We came home to find a very contented dog and cat and a very tidy house (probably tidier than when we left it!). A note from Emily and including photos was lovely to come back to. Out on our first walk back, we bumped in to Emily, Ian and their Labs and Misty was delighted and excited to see them (and forgot about me!). I think Misty thinks Emily belongs to her and I am sure, if she could, Misty would be packing her bags and going to live with Emily and the rest of the PPPS crew. I would have no hesitation in recommending PPPS to anyone. We are busy saving for our next break away; knowing that pet sitting arrangements will not be a concern."

" Thank you PPPS for visiting and looking after Misty and Pip again recently. From previous experience, we knew they would be well cared for. Thanks also for that little bit extra TLC with Misty and her poorly paw. I am sure she is missing her walks with you all and looking forward to the next time we go away. Highly recommended. Very professional, friendly and caring service provided."

" PPPS has my highest recommendation. Emily visits our dogs Ruby and Bertie three times a day as required, they're always ecstatic to see her and I can't praise her enough for her flexibility and understanding. Recently my wife's father was seriously ill and we had to visit London, to the hospice at short notice. Emily was fantastic, providing cover so my wife could spend time with her father. What makes Emily stand out is her professionalism, coupled with a real love for the dogs/animals she looks after. We communicate very well when discussing planned visits and receive a regular monthly statement. I would wholeheartedly recommend PPPS to anyone who wants to trust someone else with the responsibility of looking after the pets we dearly love. Emily is now considered a friend not just our Dog Walker."

"There is nothing I can say that can truly represent Emily (of Padding Paws) kindness and understanding in regards to dealing with Casper (our Springer Cross).
For over 3 years Emily has always given full one-to-one time to Casper on his daily walks. This individual attention and care is the deciding factor for Casper being so settled; Sending me daily texts and the odd photo of them on their adventures reassured me (and often made me laugh out loud). I had no worries about Casper's care and would recommend her to any animal lover who requires help from someone who truly puts animals first.
If at any point Emily felt that Casper was not his 'usual' self she would contact me for a chat just in case. Often having ideas and practical ways to help.
It clearly is not just a job but something she truly loves and enjoys which is evident in the quality, care and service she provides.
We all consider her part of the family - Casper absolutely adores her (with or without treats)"
